We are a couple travelling from Moal Boal to Mactan airport, departing early in the morning. We took a taxi from MB to Mactan, and wanted to relax a night before travelling. Crown Regency offered a choice of location and good affortable selection with location and cost. We did not look for spa, breakfast etc, but a good rest, which was offered here very well. Room was spacious and clean, air conditioning worked well. In the evening we had walk to Pueblo Verde -outlets, Southgate Mall, and Gaisano Grand Plaza -shopping center. Not very far, but no real pavements for pedestrians, so please be aware.

I liked that it obviously used to be a higher end hotel based on furnishings, layout, interior design of the room. The rooms were spacious. It perfectly accommodated our large group. We booked 2 units of 3-room suites. I liked that there was a kitchennette. I loved that the aircon is very cold. I liked the beds, which were just the right softness and comfiness.The staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was perfect; fast and full coverage. I would have loved to stay when it was newly built.

We been to different hotels in Philippines and all their beds and pillows were rock hard. No toilet seats. We were glad that this hotel got the comfy soft bed and pillows,working a.c., toilet seats, spacious room, cater to American like us.

Very convenience. They only concerned I have was the noise from the passers by vehicles since it’s right on the Main Street. The staff are all nice and they helped us all the way thru what we need and stuff.

The hotel was great & the staff were very helpful. Will be staying again but will pay a bit extra & have one of the higer up rooms.
